no progress since fingerprints last year april
My pd is april 2022, applied for i485 and i131 and i765 concurrently. I got 765 in August but for both 485 and 131, there is no update and it has been a year now. Status just keeps saying fingerprints applied nothing else.
i am beginning to think the lawyer who applied for my case, is through my consultancy and they might have intentionally delayed things or held information back because as long as i stick with them, they make 20% of my salary and they know i will leave when i get my green card.
plus these people keep posting how they got their green card in 3 months and 4 months. Its all extremely frustrating 😑 all uncertainty. Emma keeps giving contradictory info.

what documents you need when traveling with I131
hi all,
I am planning to travel outside the United States soon and was hoping to get some information on what documents I need for travel.
I have my combo card approved and i485 pending as of now. Any information would be helpful!

EAD approved but a week later AP denied
Anyone here who got their EAD approved and AP denied recently? what does your notice say about the denial reason? I have approved vawa and i485 is still pending.
