Lost I-765 application , EB2-NIW
Has anyone had an experience where USCIS lost your application package? I submitted my EAD application on 4/1/24 and was delivered to TSC on 4/4/24 and I never received a receipt. Called USCIS on Friday and they said they cannot find that application on their system. They asked me to submit a new application which I did and now I wait. Has anyone been in this situation?

18 months gor i-130 and atill waiting! !! 12 months in texas service center, 6 months in detroit field office and still there with zeroooo action!!!!!
18 months . since november 2022.
why it was transferred to detroit field office 6 months ago ?? I didn’t get a notice ! i reached to the senator . nothing happened . and all what I can see is 2023 even 2024 fillers getting approved!!!

Hi guys, I just looked at the copy of my medical evidence really closely and realized that the civil surgeon did not complete the records for my varicella vaccine. I had all my vaccine records and submitted it to them but it was omitted. Do you guys have any idea what this could be mean for my case? Thank you guys
