por cuestión de inseguridad que está pasando intentaron rreclutarme por el crimen organizado que tiene presencia en Chiapas al no querer ser parte de ellos me amenazaron de muerte
me amenazaron de muerte y temiendo por mi seguridad física tuve que salir Demi hogar
porque ya no podía estar bien no hay seguridad
la única seguridad que en estos momentos hay es? ser parte dela fila del crimen organizado
y para mí esa no es una opción
dijeron que me buscarían asta encontrarme y temo por mi vida

just want to share my green card journey. been here in the US since May 2019 with my tourist visa. got married to a US citizen on Nov 2023. filed concurrently my I130 I131 I485 I765 on December 15, 2023. and the following happened:
April 29, 2024 EAD card delivered
June 5, 2024 interview but was cancelled by USCIS
July 31, 2024 another scheduled interview but again cancelled by USCIS
July 24, 2024 the BIG DAY, the INTERVIEW! it took us one and a half hour for the interview process. everything went on smoothly. we were interviewed separately.
July 25, 2024 I received an email saying both my I130 and I485 were approved! I was literally in tears reading the email.
today, I called USCIS and a live agent told me that the CARD WAS PRODUCED on July 25, 2024.
now, my question is how many days will the card be in my possession? my husband and I are very much excited now to book our flights to the Philippines (my home country). this is my husband’s first time to go to Philippines and my first vacation after more than five years of staying here in the US.

I am delighted to share that my case and those of my three dependents changed to New Card Being Produced today. I had posted a question here two weeks ago that my case was sent to the field office. It turns out that we weren't scheduled for interview. My case moved from fingerprint to approval. I wish everyone a successful application. This community was super helpful.
