I always check online the process time and the most information I can get online. now I check the processing time for a petition and change form 14.4 to 15 months. that’s for new petitions of for us. my priority date is July 3 2023 and so stress already I want my family together

I 751 extension waiver after divorce.

I get my greencard in April 2024. Me and my wife are not having good terms after I lost my job. If we take divorce does immigration deny my I 751 application because it's exactly 2 years since we get married. we don't have children. Married in July 2022.
