@Y H Wow, over 500 days now. That's not very encouraging since we are just over 400 days also at Texas Service center. What was your RFE for if I may ask ?

because of the 2024 approvals, 2023ers are forgotten and processing of all the illegals is the only reason for the backlogs. not covid or any other excuses by them. 130/485 fast approvals are to up the numbers for the year ending in September. like many other things, it's all about the numbers. that's it. that's wrong. that's government.

You got an RFE and sometimes they take long to answer. It shouldn't be that long I've seen other cases that when the person responds to an RFE they review the evidence sent in a matter of days. Call USCIS. what was your RFE about?

@Y H I'm worried because my lawyers didn't send proof of relationship along with the I-130 they said they never work that way and never have problems and I didn't like that. I hope USCIS don't give me an RFE. I don't want my case to be delayed. I've been waiting almost 14 months so that would be terrible

@Ivy Vn I hope to God that you don't have to go through this. I also didn't like that my lawyer didn't send the evidence along with the I130, because I didn't want this to happen and look 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠 but God through the same thing won't happen to you

@Y H OMG so your lawyers did the same. Why are they so stubborn? And I don't understand why if we pay them, they do the things the way they want and don't listen to us. Besides the time i lost when i started because they took time to fill the form and send the i-130 I even had to mail them my 2 passport-sized photos from my country and they mailed the package they didn't send the i-130 electronically
