I got approved after a denial and a long long journey 🥳🥳🥳 after a week I still haven’t any update about my card. how long it takes usually? are they going to delivered to my address or my lawyer?

i-130 finally approved after 2 years of waiting

my i-130 was approved today after 2 years of waiting. I was sent a RFE for a new medical for them to make a decision on the i-485 so I am in the process of getting that done.

Come on now USCIS, I know people waiting longer than me but the wait time is ridiculous for us VAWA recipients. They need to find a way to make this processing time way lesser.

I put a service request through for my case being outside normal processing time and the reference number ended in SPM instead on SLC for Salt Lake City ? Anyone know what this means??

has anyone ever gone through the office of the Congressman for an expedite request processing and received “Good news, USCIS has approved the expedited processing of your I-131 application for Advance Parole. This means that your case is now in the hands of an officer and is moving forward more quickly than usual. While this does not guarantee an immediate decision, it does mean your application is being prioritized for consideration.”, and the last paragraph “Congratulations on the favorable outcome for your I-131 application, and we wish you all the best as you prepare for (your trip).” What does this mean? It’s a bit confusing.
