FYI - traffic tickets - talked to my lawyer
so I have been digging deep and wondering what could be the delay for my case. I remembered that in 2007 I got a ticket while I still lived in Canada but has crossed the border to buy a car. I got a speeding ticket for $75 and paid it. I totally forgot about it because it was a nothing event.
I went online to the county court where I got the ticket and found the record and everything. apparently my license was suspended in Idaho for a month or so (I didn’t care because I didn’t live there lol).
so I asked my lawyer if this was an issue and he told me “You do not need to disclose minor traffic infractions where the fine is under $500.”
just thought this info could be helpful to someone else. it’s clearly not holding up my case but I did wake up at 5am in a panic about it. if they do ask anything I have a document now showing that the fine is paid and the issue is done.

IV fee from "PAID" to "PAY NOW"
Hi everyone,
I paid IV fee (3 dependents and myself) and have started filling the online forms. However, I came back after a couple of days. Behold, the forms were grayed out. And the "PAID" changed to "PAY NOW".
Its been about 2 weeks since this happed. I have contacted NVC via the inquiry form. No response yet.
Anyone having or had similar issues? Please share your experience and solution. I am so stressed
