hey @tish squirewell I bases my case on religious beliefs to have a vaccine exemption, youโ€™ll have to find a doctor that itโ€™s ok with not giving you the vaccines and file an additional form. our lawyer helped us through the process, we just had our church gives a letter, friends from church as well.
