Does PD matter for EB1A i-485 processing when its current?
My EB1A i-140 was recently approved. My lawyer is in the process of filing i-485 now
I also have an active EB2 petition with PD Jan 2017. If I were to port that priority date and use it for my EB1A i-485 petition, does that speed up processing time even though its “current” for all EB1 categories?
is that me only going through on this situation?for no reason they hold my decision on my N-400.provided them every single evidence even they never asked for but still facing hard times from em..
I believe I been superbly good enough behavior guy from the community.always being volunteers to helping the community and for that uscis punishing me to hold my case decisions for no reason..I knew my husband character very well then anyone els since we married..

GC complication
People,
My husband proposed me after we had been apart almost 1 year due the Covid and we got married in about 35 days later, I was under my B1 / B2, till here ok.
We applied for the GC about 1 month later of our marriage, we didn't know we couldn't do it, that we must had waited for 90 days after I arrived here in the US.
For my lucky they sent all my papers back, bc I made some mistake in the forms, BUT this forms were processed bc they have numbers marked on the pages, so I wonder if they will push me because of it.
My case is currently ready for interview and I'm waiting for they settle the date
Anybody there had some situation like me?
I will appreciate your thoughts.
processing times versus historical processing times
Hello, I have a question. I know USCIS has processing times on their web site however i came across historical national median procesing times (fiscal year) on their website as well. So my question is, if it is reliable or not. We applied for i485 on nov 2020. Already done bio and recived combo card. Thank God. But there is no update since February after bio. Our case is in Texas and Texas s processing time shows 50 months. However historical processing times show way less than that. Which one is more accurate?
What are your thoughts?
I am sharing the link if you don’t know what I am talking about.

I appreciate the feedback.

I-751 Biometrics
Hello Everyone, I have applied for my ROC in the last week of June and received NOA in 4 days after applying. Around July 18 I received a notice that my biometrics were being reused and I don’t have to attend another biometric appointment. The letter was dated 07/13 but still today my case still says “Case received”. Is it normal for case to be not updated even after receiving official notice?

i-751 Removal of Condition
Greetings community. so basically I have been married for 18 months. I got my temporary green card in month 12.. but we end up agreeing to get a divorce due that she wants to live outside of the States and doesn't want to have kids. we did counseling and it did not work. Basically now we must wait 12 months to get a divorce and obtain the final divorce decree. Should we still have our names in the lease, car insurances, mutual accounts, renters insurance, and so on so for... Until the divorce is finalized or we should just take out our name from each document and file? Before finalizing the divorce. How would I be able to remove the conditions, at what time, and until what day should I have my proofs of bonafide... I am soo confused and if we started the process of divorce do I must be in the same state even do that she moved to Europe?. Also if we remove our names from our cars, and all the documents that bind us would that affect our immigration case for the future, or which one would be the ideal case? please if somebody could explain me in detail and more I would really appreciate everything. Thanks beforehand
