Hi, do you think my case will automatically update? Would my lawyer have to do anything? I sometimes find it hard to trust her. My priority date is June 4, 2022. My I-485 case is on hold because there wasn't a visa number available for me. Or does it update automatically?

everyone getting approved but mine is stuck 😩

I got a second active review on May 8th and nothing after that.. morning in docs.. I keep checking but nothing.. So, now I think my case is on hold :( IDK why.. I submitted everything.. It’s sad.. They wouldn’t even say anything.. Anyone has the same date as mine or close ?

our case is on hold @NVC

so while our case is @ NVC do we wait for email for next steps or do we file DS-160 & pay fees. I called NVC & obtained case # & ID# but have not officially received welcome letter. We're confused & not sure if case is being held up because I need to pay fees?? tia

I-485 EB3 Post-interview - frustrating

hello y’all. my PD is Feb, 2020. I finally had my interview in November in Pittsburgh field office and the officer gave me the paper says, “my case is on hold for review” it also mentioned about 120days period after interview that they would give me answer within 120 days. Today is my 120th day after interview this is so frustrating. I called uscis before and they kept saying my case is still in normal processing time, but I DID INTERVIEW though!!!! Is there anyway I could get a help? My ead will be expired in May and I haven’t received even receipt number after filing ead renewal in Jan, 2020. I don’t know what to do.

Hi guys.. so I submitted a service request last month about my case cause I didn’t do biometrics till now and they waited 29 days to send me this response! anyone knows what that mean? they said my case is on hold or suspended!! I am scared now! "Our records indicate that we are awaiting your appearance for biometric processing. Your case is currently in suspense or on hold until we receive your biometrics. Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for biometrics at their local ASC. Once you have been scheduled, you will receive an ASC Appointment Notice containing the date, time and location of your appointment. You must take the ASC Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment."
