I-485 EB3 Post-interview - frustrating
hello y’all.
my PD is Feb, 2020. I finally had my interview in November in Pittsburgh field office and the officer gave me the paper says, “my case is on hold for review”
it also mentioned about 120days period after interview that they would give me answer within 120 days. Today is my 120th day after interview
this is so frustrating. I called uscis before and they kept saying my case is still in normal processing time, but I DID INTERVIEW though!!!!
Is there anyway I could get a help? My ead will be expired in May and I haven’t received even receipt number after filing ead renewal in Jan, 2020.
I don’t know what to do.

Is your date current for EB3? My PD is 1/30/2012 and my understanding is that “date of action” is still running at July 2010. I guess also depends on what country. I’m from India and backlogs are crazy!

I am on the same boat. 130 days now with no response. Tried everything from calling USCIS to calling second tier officer to open an inquiry because the 120 has elapsed to writing the officer. Nothing seems to work. I called a lawyer and he advised to wait until 6 month has passed. We can sue USCIS if no response by that time. I do feel your pain. I’m guessing you applied for Naturalization, right?
