NO IV PACKET GIVING AT EMBASSY, EB2 NIW. USCIS WANT IV PACKET BEFORE I GET MY ACTUAL GREEN CARD.
Hello all,
I entered the US last December with EB2 NIW (consular processing). I did not received any IV packet from the embassy because the embassy said it will be sent electronically. On my visa there’s an annotation “IV DOCS IN CCD”. I have not received my actual Green Card, I contacted USCIS and they send me this….
“A search of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicates that USCIS has not received your Department of State issued IV Packet, which should have been submitted by the Port of Entry (POE) when you entered the United States. USCIS requires a completed Immigrant Visa Packet to process your Permanent Resident Card (PRC)”.

Joint sponsor i-864
I'm working as a self-employed and make about $28K total income on my tax return. Although my income is above poverty guidelines, it is not stable.
I'm filing I-864 on NVC to sponsor my wife.
My question is can I add Joint Sponsor (at first when uploading documents ) if my income is above the guidelines but I know it is not stable?
I don't know how the officer behaves with a self-employed income but is the officer requests for a Joint sponsor in the middle of the process (RFE) if the income doesn’t meet?

I’m waiting for my I-360 approval since July 2020, I’d like to know if more people here are dealing with the same thing, I just took a look on USCIS process timeline n it’s change again to 33 months, I’m so frustrated, devastated n stressed my anxiety is high level bc always is a new change for timeline dates, I was married USC n applied for me and my minor daughter a combo in july 2020 with a lawyer ( i-130,765,131,485,360) EAD was approved in December 2020 and 131 (never flown overseas because was not recommended), I’m hopeless it’s so frustrating specially for my daughter she turned 18yo, graduated from high school 4.4gpi n unfortunately she is not allowed to study at some universities bc she’s not a GC holder, it’s not fair. I’m harder working, trying my best to raising my daughters by myself, I wish my daughter could apply to study and get scholarships that she deserves.
