anyone approved from July 2020? vawa
I’m waiting for my I-360 approval since July 2020, I’d like to know if more people here are dealing with the same thing, I just took a look on USCIS process timeline n it’s change again to 33 months, I’m so frustrated, devastated n stressed my anxiety is high level bc always is a new change for timeline dates, I was married USC n applied for me and my minor daughter a combo in july 2020 with a lawyer ( i-130,765,131,485,360) EAD was approved in December 2020 and 131 (never flown overseas because was not recommended), I’m hopeless it’s so frustrating specially for my daughter she turned 18yo, graduated from high school 4.4gpi n unfortunately she is not allowed to study at some universities bc she’s not a GC holder, it’s not fair. I’m harder working, trying my best to raising my daughters by myself, I wish my daughter could apply to study and get scholarships that she deserves. ( no criminal records) (I’ve been paying my taxes after the first year when I moved out)(1 PF) (no RFE) is there anyone related? #i360 #uscis #vawa #domesticviolence #timelineprocess

I am waiting since September 2020. Recently, I notice many 2020 cases got approved. I am still waiting for mine. Hopefully, our turn will come soon.
Do you have a lawyer? I think you can start shaking some things up and request an expedition.

@Nick A yes I have a lawyer, I asked them if is possible send USCIS an expedited letter or something like that, the office said they can try in April after 33 months if it doesn’t have any change again

@Aika Tok unfortunately she can’t, I can pay the full price but not scholarship for Harvard, UNC and others. private university she got some scholarship bc her gpi is really good but I still have to pay a lot of money a year.

I am on my 28 month, no any movement, just kept sending Prima Facie every 6 month. mine was filed Dec2020 , I saw many people after my date got their approval.

every case is different… understand and accept it… life is hard but don’t make it harder by your thinking. be kind to yourself and all fall in place with time. I am waiting for my i360 approval since Feb 2020 and just got notification that they approved travel and work permit and not i360 yet. find another lawyer for for consultation and I am sure you will see light! good luck. don’t lose hope.. you are almost there, feel it.

I’m July 2020 and was approved 8 days ago. I definitely can relate to how you feel, I was seeing people get approved who file months after me.. just keep the faith and know that you’ll be approved ASAP!
