I sent in my tax info at Feb 2 and got a medical rfe at April 13

I’ve been waiting for response for my income documentation RFE for 150 days now. I talked to a live agent yesterday through USCIS chat online and the live agent said since I had not receive a response to my RFE within 60 days, they were going to submit a service request on my case for me. The live agent submitted the service request and gave me an inquiry number and said I would hear back within 30 days.
