Hello everyone 
 I am in the process of fiancé visa and my case is pending nvc and I have not yet received the welcome letter from nvc.  Do I have to fill in the DS-160 form now or after receiving the welcome letter?

I have my case approved in 03/04/2021 (Form I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker) and still have not heard from NVC. My case was not sent yet to the Department of State for visa processing.
When will it happen? #I-140 #NVC
