For the last 3-4 weeks NVC timline shows “Current case creation time frame: we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 19-Jul-23.”
They been stuck on 19-July-2023 since 3-4 weeks whats going on is this accurate? Haven’t recieved my welcome letter even after a month!

why they have returned my case .. is that a reason to refuse my visa.. or what

No NVC Welcome Letter
Even after a few weeks NVC hasn’t sent any welcome letter. 😣 Inquiry only responded saying they didn’t receive the case from USCIS but it shows it was sent to the department of state already. This is so frustrating to keep waiting like this to continue the process. Some posts say they have gotten it within a few days. Can anyone provide any suggestions?

NVC welcome letter
How long does it take NVC to send the welcome letter via email after getting i130 approved? It’s been a couple days now. The current status just shows Approved. The approval letter says its being sent to NVC but the status doesn’t show that its been sent to the Dept of State.
I see some people bave gotten it within 3 days and some much longer. Does it depend on the embassy?

I want to prep and get everything ready. If anyone already had their appointments, can you kindly share?
I want to know what did you bring with to the interview. I read the email and I see that they said to bring the documents I uploaded to the NVC, but also stating to bring whoever sponsored proof of employment. Would a recent check be sufficient? Do you need to provide an update tax return for the sponsor? Since we applied in December of 2022 do we need to provide the year 2023?
The criminal background check has an expiration, right?
It’s been longer than 6 months since we did one. Do I need to do another background check?

NVC Processing Time
Hi guys, good morning to you all. I pray God is keeping you calm through this process and giving you what your hearts desire. On today, I would like to announce that our payment with NVC has finally processed to PAID! We’re now in the stage where we can submit all of the required documentation. I wanted to make this post today because NVC told us that it would take 2-3 business days for the payment to process, but in reality it took one week. Please if you’re on this stage don’t stress, I know you keep checking in to see what it says like I did, but it will eventually processes. We paid for it on August 10th 2023 and it processed today August 17th 2023 for us we paid $445.00 usd. #NVC #PAID
