so my I-485 has been at NBC this whole time. everything else (I-140, I-765, I-131) is approved. I wanted to check my processing time but there’s no option for NBC on the USCIS website. where can I check the processing times? how long does it usually take for I-485 to be approved after I-140 approval?

I-140 approved after 11 months
Finally my #NIW I-140 got approved after almost a year of anxiety. I don’t have that many publications so I was stressing out the whole time. I submitted my I-140 in Sept. 2021 in Nebraska and filed my EAD, I-131, and I-485 in January 2022.
There were speculations that filing concurrently slows down the process but I think I’m lucky enough that my case got approved within a reasonable timeline. I’m also lucky to not have shed $2500 for premium processing.

#NIW Notice was returned to USCIS
i received a notice today that my ‘receipt notice’ was returned back to USCIS because the post office could not deliver it and this could have a serious effect on my case. I tried to request for the notice immediately online and I get this error message “Do not submit request if you have just recently been approved, allow approximately 30 days to receive your new notice”.

I was almost losing hope because I heard most people got their EAD in 3-5 months. My I-140 is still pending at #NSC but this is something good! 😊#NIW #MSC

I485 transferred to another office
Almost 5 months after approving my I-140, my I-485 transferred from Nebraska. I did not get a notice on my mail yet, but hopefully they transferred it back to NBC. I am wondering how much longer until approval.
