I-751 and N-400
Hello, I just sent my N-400 online on Feb 26th 2024
and I got NOA & Biometrics reused at the very next minute on the account tab.
But it says the case is actively reviewed by Uscis. l applied under the 3 year role, and still have my I-751 pending for a year now.
Anyone in the same situation please share your experience

I-751 & N-400 Approved
After a long time, the wait has come to an end and I wanted to share my timeline with everyone in here.
12/7/2021 - I-751, Removal of Condition application was received and completed the fingerprints few weeks later
03/12/2023 - N-400, application for US Citizenship was received and completed fingers prints few weeks later.
07/07/2023 - I-751 was transferred to another office and that office has jurisdiction on this case
12/11/2023 - N-400 application for Citizenship was scheduled for an interview
Yesterday I went to my citizenship interview with my spouse. We brought all the required documents submitted previously for the I-751 and N-400 including documents to proof bonafide of marriage.
We arrived 20 minutes prior to the interview time. I was called in 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The officer called my name and I proceeded to walk and welcomed me with a pleasant smile and said “good morning, would you like your husband to join us?” I responded and said “Sure thing”. She walked us to her office and presented her self and told us to make our selves comfortable. she apologized for the delay in calling me as she was running behind on interviews.
Before we sat, she told my spouse to sit behind me and instructed me to remain standing to be sworn, after that she asked for my ID, Green Card and Passport. I handed these to her and she explained what’s going to happen during the interview.
The officer began the civic test, reading and writing tests. I passed all, then she went over the information submitted in the application to ensure all is correct including address, job etc…
The interview was very quick and the officer explained that I passed the citizenship test and handed me my test results she also explained that she has my I-751 application to remove condition on my greencard and she was able to review it prior to the interview. The officer said that my I-751 application looks good and nothing is needed, she will review again and close it out before she approves my N-400, but unable to make a decision at that time. The officer said that I should get an update soon.
I asked the officer if she needs additional supporting documentation since we brought updated information for the I-751, but she repeated that it is not necessary and the application will be approved soon, everything looks good.
Next day, I received notification that I was schedule for an oath ceremony!!!
I was super excited and happy during the interview process. I was relaxed the whole time and appreciated the kindness and politeness of the officer. I wish and hope everyone in this community group to have such great and stress free interview experience.
It has been a long process that started in 2019 with my initial green card application. Please make sure to enjoy your life and deattach yourselves from the constant stress and anxiety.
Thank you, everyone!

Selective Service System(Not Registered)
More 5 years?
Hi
I am a 2018 Green Card winner. I came to USA when I was under 25 years old. During the interview at the consulate, I said that I wanted to register for the Selective Service System (SSS). They gave me a form which I filled out, signed and gave it back to them. They said my registration was done. While filling out the N-400 form now, the SSS Registration Number is prompt and I do not have this number. I Verified on the SSS site, called them. But I'm not registered. And I just learned that form is the DS-1810 information form only. This incident, which happened to me due to a complete mistake or ignorance, may extend the citizenship process for another 5 years. Can somebody know anything about this issue? Is it possible to solve this situation?
Thanks.

Sharing my timeline to encourage people. I did my combo interview today and both were approved. The officer said oath ceremony will be scheduled for mid September because they have it once everymonth.

I-751 and N-400 Nebraska
Hello everyone ,
Filed I-751 December 2021
I sent all required documents, I haven’t heard back besides “Fingerprints Applied to you Case” and the receipts/Extension letters.
Filed N-400 March 2023 - Did my fingerprints few days later and status was updated to USCIS is Actively Working on your Case.
Yesterday, I noticed a status change on my I-751; Case Was Transferred to Another Office”. This morning status changed back to “Fingerprint Applied to your Case”.
Anybody had a similar update for the I-751? If so, any update received after? #I-751 #Conditional #N-400

applying for citizenship while traveling
Hello!
I just have a question regarding applying for citizenship. July 2023 is the earliest time I can apply for it but I am planning to travel for 4 months overseas from Mid-July til Early November. Most likely after applying in July, how soon can I expect the exam/interview/oath?
Is it okay to leave the country while your citizenship is in process? Once I receive the letter for an interview, I can return. Is anyone has the same experience to share with me? Thank you #n-400 #citizenship #travel
N-400 at San Francisco local office
Hey guys! Did anyone have a citizenship interview at SF office recently? How long did you wait for it?
I have both I-751 and N-400 pending. USCIS website gives me 8 months estimate before N-400 interview. Just wondering how accurate it is.

Can I-751 be approved after being transferred to NBC and filing N-400?
Hey guys! I filed my I-751 in November 2021. After no signs of progress I also filed N-400 in February 2023. I already had my biometrics for naturalization and in the beginning of March my I-751 was transferring from WAC to NBC. My N-400 interview might take a while to be scheduled here in San Francisco. Does anyone have an experience of their I-751 being approved while being at NBC or it’s most likely just going to sit there till I have my interview? I also didn’t get a 48 months extension letter so I’m getting a little nervous. It looks like most of my fellow November 2021 filers already got either an extension letter either an approval. #I-751 #n-400 #november2021
