August 1st 2022-USCIS received case
July 24th 2023- RFE
August 5th 2023- USCIS received RFE
August 15th 2023- USCIS Approved Case
September 15th 2023- Received K1-FTP
September 19th 2023- Embassy Status: Ready
October 10th 2023- Packet3 received(mailed)
October 11th 2023- Packet3 submitted (email)
October 12th 2023- Packet4 received (email)
October 12th 2023- visa fees paid, medical exam schedule and interview date schedule
January 9th 2024- interview day
I hope this helps anyone that has their case at Montreal. I wish everyone luck and be patient.

Medical Exam with AOS I-485
We filed I-485 and included everything we can think of but we’re still unsure on the medical exam. AOS is from k1. Medical exam was done July 2023 for the k1 process and I understand it’s valid 1 year but we weren’t given anything after the medical exam other than a disc and blank vaccine paper with a dr signature at the bottom. What should have been included with the I-485 to show proof the medical exam was done or would USCIS already have record of it?

1- how much time it takes to receive a letter from embassy about the next step instruction

can anyone that received NOA2 and was scheduled for interview tell me the timeframe between NVC stage and Interview? how long did it take? not counting the up to 90 days wait for USCIS to NVC. #k1
