Thank you everyone for your prayers. We are finally together after >3 years of applying.
Few interview tips:
1. Take all the documents you submitted on nvc.
2. Check if there is any mistakes in name, date in your documents.
3. Prepare and print to take the messenger/viber screenshot of the conversation of last few years with your spouse and photo album (around 100 photos).
Good luck all of you for Interview. My prayers are to all the people who are living a long distance relationship. I understand the delay is a torture. Sending good vibes and luck.

August 1st 2022-USCIS received case
July 24th 2023- RFE
August 5th 2023- USCIS received RFE
August 15th 2023- USCIS Approved Case
September 15th 2023- Received K1-FTP
September 19th 2023- Embassy Status: Ready
October 10th 2023- Packet3 received(mailed)
October 11th 2023- Packet3 submitted (email)
October 12th 2023- Packet4 received (email)
October 12th 2023- visa fees paid, medical exam schedule and interview date schedule
January 9th 2024- interview day/approved
January 27th 2024- Entry to the USA
I hope this helps anyone that has their case at Montreal. I wish everyone luck and be patient it can take exactly a year or less or more before you get anything from USCIS. I know it can be frustrating. if you have been waiting longer than what the USCIS website says you need to contact someone.

Please help 😭
I received my approval notice on September 27th, and was waiting to hear something back since then. As the approval notice expires 25th January 2024, I was getting quite worried that this date is approaching, so I sent an inquiry form and received my NVC case number.
When I’ve put my details into this app, it says this message “Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment.”
But neither me or my fiancé have been sent a letter or anything, so I don’t know what to do next? I haven’t even had my medical exam yet. Does anyone have any advice #K1 #K1Visa #FianceVisa

good night! does anyone know how long for green card after attending interview? case was changed to “interview was scheduled” within 2 months of filing for I-485. I feel as if this is kind of fast. I-765 still shows case is being actively reviewed after biometrics no status change. #i-485 #K1 #I-765

Medical Exam with AOS I-485
We filed I-485 and included everything we can think of but we’re still unsure on the medical exam. AOS is from k1. Medical exam was done July 2023 for the k1 process and I understand it’s valid 1 year but we weren’t given anything after the medical exam other than a disc and blank vaccine paper with a dr signature at the bottom. What should have been included with the I-485 to show proof the medical exam was done or would USCIS already have record of it?
