RFE for medical

Het guys I need your help. I got a RFE on my i-485 because the officer told me my medical is only valid for 2 years. I submitted my i485 on 4/6/2021. My medical was submitted before September 2021, I think my case has 4 years of extension so it should not be expired. According to people here, my medical should be valid still. What is correct? I am going to visit the clinic this Fri and gonna do the medical very quick and going to send it once is done. However, my medical is still valid, I would like to send them mail or email to appral. My case is current and they said only medical is left at this time. My case is under urgency so I need very quick decision. please help me if you know better than me Thanks #RFE #medical #i485

Case is Ready to be Scheduled for Interview

Question… My vawa was Approved in April, I’m already divorced. My 1-485 is pending, got Rfe for BC in June. now my case status is ready to be scheduled for Interview for the past 105 days. I would like to be remarried but my attorney said if I remarried before my 1-485 is approved, my vawa will be cancelled. May God give Everyone strength who’s going through this process #VAWA #I485

Digitally forwarded/transferred

This is what the Emma agent told me: "Your case is under the jurisdiction of the NBC, which is the office that responded to the service request I described above. Your A-file was digitally forwarded to the local office on November 3" The service request response I received was from my local field office, not NBC like that Emma agent said.... I sent in my RFE which was for medical back in August 2023. It has been 80 days now. #i485 #transfered #NBC #FO #Fieldoffice

Has anyone response to a RFE via online only? Should I send a physical copy by mail as well? The status has been changed to RFE recieved as soon as I submit them online.

Which one should I use to re-enter the United States once I come back from my trip? Can I show the CBP officer the two permits? or should I choose just one? DO you think they would schedule interview again or is it just a matter of time before they approve my GC. Pathway = Consular Processing to I-485

I selected that I would be going through consular processing in my I-140 petition but later decided to go through USCIS by filing I-485. My I-485 is currently pending (with the priority date being current). I am wondering if my case needs to be transferred from Department of State to USCIS. The current status of my I-140 is "Cas was sent to the Department of State". Will the status of my I-140 change when it goes to USCIS office during I-485 review? Poll Results (Waiting time after submitting RFE)

Few days ago, I created a poll to get insights on the waiting time until decision after RFE was received by USCIS. 52 Folks voted. Below are the results: 1-5 days = 15% 5-10 days = 15% 10-30 days = 10% 30-60 days = 8% More than 60 days = 52% It means that around 50% of the cases are processed within 2 months. Perhaps I would need to create another poll for the folks whose priority date is current only. #EB2NIW #I485 #i693 #approval

while I am waiting on a response for my i485. this morning when I logged in my i765 & i131 progress tab changed from taking longer than expected to “2 months” on both. does this mean I won’t be hearing back on my i485 for the next 2 months as well? my rfe received by uscis will be 60 days on 10/29. did anyone have months listed in the progress tab and still got approved for i485? #i485 #i765 #rfe #60days #progresstab
