hi i just contacted a live agent on uscis and asked where my case was, live agent told me my case was moved to my las vegas local field office and is under review!
what exactly does this mean?
my case was at California center she said that was just the processing location?!!

Brooklyn filer PD 8/2/21, 3 days ago an update on I130 showing actively reviewed by USCIS, now approved. I-485 still pending. Any idea how long it’s going to take for I-485 to be approved?

Retained I-130 finally sent to the NVC after 7 months
I-130 PD May 11, 2020
Case approved but retained on June 3, 2022 due to mistake on beneficiary visa location
Submitted I-824 on June 16, 2022 currently being processed at NBC
Case sent to the NVC today after 7 months. I-824 is still pending.
It was very frustrating months and finally got out of the hell. Wish you all good luck. #i130 #i824

no luck with expediting/enquiry
my patience is running thin. RFE response was received for medical. case was actively processing in October. sent two enquiry requests for i765 but no update. I chatted with live agent and they said the system doesn't show my interview was waived. i am not sure what my options are here.

what to do next after i130 approval
Hello Everyone, by the grace of God my I 130 got approved today. I just find it out through this app and checked uscis website to confirm. It took almost 8 month and the center was Nebraska service center. Me and my spouse both live in Texas. I know I have to apply for i485 package. I also know there will be an interview along the process but I don't know when the interview will be. Is it after I apply i485 or within very next months? Do I need to schedule it or they will schedule me for this?

Help needed
My i130 got approved and now the case is in NVC. I am unemployed, preparing for my exam and haven't filed a tax since i came in USA. I have my brother who wished to become a joint sponsor. He will fill i864 as a joint sponsor.
Now my question is, Do i need to file my own I864 or not? Will my joint sponsor's I864 is sufficient?
