NVC welcome letter
How long does it take NVC to send the welcome letter via email after getting i130 approved? It’s been a couple days now. The current status just shows Approved. The approval letter says its being sent to NVC but the status doesn’t show that its been sent to the Dept of State.
I see some people bave gotten it within 3 days and some much longer. Does it depend on the embassy?

Finally got approved! After 700 plus day!

i485 and i765 pending since January
I submitted all our paperwork for a green card through marriage back on the first week of January, and my uscis shows the following:
i130 - case received and receipt sent
i485 - case actively being reviewed by uscis (since February)
i765 - case received and receipt sent (taking longer than expected to process)
I'm curious to know if anyone else is in the same boat. I'm starting to get frustrated because I used to have an i765 in the past and don't understand why this time is taking so long.

5 months since AOS interview, no updates!
Hello,
My wife (USC) and I (applicant) completed the interview more than 5 months ago. (We had a newborn few weeks before).
I filed for 485 inquiry after 120 days and it said 'Case within normal processing times'. We also filed I130 and congressman inquiries.
Any recommendations? #I485 #I130
