Notice of Intent to Deny i130 NOID
i recieved the update on my uscis online account
Notice explaining uscis actions was mailed on 12 October but its been 16 days i haven't recieved the notice in mail. as you know there are only 30 days to respond to noid its 16 days already what should i do to get notice in mail. Please help me my mind has stopped working🥲🥲#i130#Noid

I got a RFIE that was indicated on October 12th and it JUST came in the mail today. it should be soon!!! also, it’s not a denial… you probably just have to fix something for them. good luck!!!!
