Hello, I requested the Expedite for my I765 on November 22. The website updated 10 days ago and stated "Expedite Request Received.". When I spoke with a Live Agent today, they said my case was not assigned to any agent and I would just have to wait. Does anyone else have the same experience and what should I do? I’ve applied for my EAD on 6th Oct 2022 and it has been over 2 months with no updates to my case. While most of my cohort has received their EAD cards in less than one month. I have no RFE issued on my case either. I am seeking in help in what I can do next so that I can get the adjudication on my case.

EAD expedite request, no response almost 1 year
I'm on a VAWA case.
Had my EAD every year renewed. Expired this Feb 2022 and filed for renewal before. USCIS received it too late so the 540 days auto extension doesn't apply.
Company put me on leave of absence since July.
My attorney sent an expedite request including my financial situation + a written letter from my company (a very well known one). No response
It's been almost a year. What's going on with USCIS?

Hi everyone, I raised an expedited request at the NSC for EAD, but my request was denied. However USCIS ended the email with the following paragraph:
”U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time.
We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.”
Has anyone had a similar experience and how long after did it take for you to get approved?
