I havent had card on hand yet. but after almost 9 months of wait i expect it to have advance parole. most cards with only EAD are those which are issued in 3 months or so when EAD is processed quickly and AP wait skipped

@Sarah J go on your USCIS account , documents. you probably there is a letter there saying what you gonna recieve . I was approved this week too and advance parole doesn’t change status , but in the letter says that I will receive a combo card . other way to see too when you open your USCIS account near to advance parole application on top must be written (case closed) it means you’re gonna receive a combo card

I know all combo cards are processed in the National Benefits Center but I’ve read that your city of residence and country of origin makes a difference in processing times. So FYI I’m based in San Francisco and came here from Pakistan.

Sarah J I’ve heard about that too . but I have friends , from my country , same process arrived here 4 months after me and already received greencard , he’s already visited families while I didn’t have neither my EAD . My opinion , I think the state that we live here get some influence and the officers that receive your case . Now let’s get ready for the Greencard . my friend was approved greencard 2 months after combo . greencard without interview . PS : we have applied all documents in the same week .
