EAD expedite request, no response almost 1 year
I'm on a VAWA case.
Had my EAD every year renewed. Expired this Feb 2022 and filed for renewal before. USCIS received it too late so the 540 days auto extension doesn't apply.
Company put me on leave of absence since July.
My attorney sent an expedite request including my financial situation + a written letter from my company (a very well known one). No response
It's been almost a year. What's going on with USCIS?
Is anyone else in the same boat? #ead #vawa #expedite

it’s sad what we go through with uscis broken system. I have submitted 5 expedited requests with no response.
