I130 approval
Hi I am originally from Nepal my husband is US citizen we proceed our i130 petition on July 5 2021..At first case was in California now while inquiring we knew that now our case is in Texas service center..How much does it might take to approve i130..Does anyone have same senario and at how much time you guys got approval mail…Does i130 might approve without request of evidence????

My husband is a US green card holder, he filed an i 130 application for me (India ) with priority date Sept 06 2019. while tracking the processing time it is seen that the receipt date for case inquiry in is is page os Sept 13 2019 for California service centre. Bit we haven’t received any updates on our case other than the receipt notice on Sept 11 2019 from California service center
any body with the same case??

who else noticed California centers has increased their processing time from 9-12months? how do they want us to feel about this? any hope for June filers?

How long does it take for USCIS to start processing your I 129f case?
Our case was received at California service center April 22,2021. We received our receipt May 5,2021. Today, our case status still says received. I have not heard anything from them, even when I notified them of me moving. In the email, after notifying them of me moving, it said I should expect a reply September 14,2021; I never got a reply. I've tried to inquiry about our case, but it say that our case is currently within the posted processing times and I can not create an inquiry at this time. I've also been checking the processing times regularly. Any time the processing times got closer to our receipt date to inquiry, it would go back a month or two before the date. I just want to see if this is normal to not hear anything besides our case being received for the 9 months we have been waiting?

Hey guys! Anyone knows what exactly the visa journey.com / processing timeline mean? For I-130 it shows they (CSC) are processing cases submitted on / after June 17th but looking at uscis official processing times this just seems impossible… or some peeps are just really lucky. any insight? Thanks
