Hi! Same service center but my husband is a US citizen. We’ve been in actively reviewing status for 7 months now. we filed in June 2021 and I’m patiently waiting in switzerland. Not easy to be living apart 🥲

Sarah, I am in the same situation since November 2019. Our case is at Vermont Service Center waiting for approval. my husband is in France. Actively being reviewed since July 2021. This is just to give an idea our timeline. I am a greencar holder. it is taking time and I am considering moving back to France.

Aw I’m so sorry I hope all your cases get approved, save everything! text messages, phone call logs, print out or save pictures especially of road trips or trips in general, ESPECIALLY with family if you can. also have assets together, that’s the biggest thing. or save receipts of gifts. immigration just wants to see it’s a legit marriage. good luck 🍀
