i765 expedited request pending ...
I have submitted an expedited request on Tuesday (01/25) under the healthcare worker category at the California service center (CSC). On Wednesday (01/26), CSC requested documents to support my request, which I submitted on the same day. After that I have not received any further communication from USCIS or status updates on the USCIS website. I thought USCIS would make the decision on the expedited request within a week or so, but that doesn't seem true :(. Any idea how long does the CSC take to approve/deny expedited requests these days? #ead #i765

On September 5th, 2021, my wife filed for me. The journey looked so long. We had our receipt notice from California Service Center and with in a month we realised it was transferred to Nebraska Service Center. We were not asked for RFE or anything at all. It was all about prayers. On the 4th February,2022, the status changed to “case actively being reviewed” just with in 10-18 hours it was approved.
My case is approved. It was actually approved by GOD and HIS unfailing Grace on the 4th February 2022. GOD is approving yours soon so just have faith.

confused.
So when I received my NOA1 I received it from California service centre. But 2 months back when I asked Emma- they said it’s in Texas but my lawyer says it’s in California 😅 today I’ve asked Emma about our upgrade from LPR to USC and they say it’s is upgraded and it’s currently in Texas. shall I take Texas service centre to be my current processing centre?
Case Transferred
So when I recieved my NOA 1, it said Potomac, but I contacted Emma and they said it is California. California is the slowest! My lawyer said to not pay attention to the times and that they would not transfer it if it was going to take longer. What do you think? Am I in for an even longer wait time?

While applying our i130 petition my husband was permanent resident..We applied our i130 on july 05 2021 and our service center was California then my husband became US citizen then we upgraded our case as spouse of US citizen and on December 06 2021 we got the mail from Texas service regarding notice of upgraded case..What does this mean??Now which is our service center??Does our petition was approved according to Texas service???Is it the good thing or what?? Probably when will our case get approved??Hoping for your genuine response..

I've filled my I-130 back in 2018 and it was received in Feb 2019. I haven't seen any updates from the California Service Center. My mother keep bugging me about it too. Also, if my father changes his status from Resident to Citizen would that help with anything?

Transfering the case from one Service center to another
My husband filed i130 petition for me previously my case was in California now case was moved into Texas service center..How much time does it might take to approve my case?,We filed our case on July 5 2021...Does there any chance to move case again??I am so worried now..What might be the effects??

i filed K1 visa in June 2021 and haven’t got a decision yet. My case was sent to the California service center and they have been extending timelines every month or so. It was initially 4-6 months and now its 9-12 months! Anyone facing similar issue?

this is so ridiculous that they keep pushing processing time backwards after processing … last I have seen July 31 and now back to May 😬😬
It seems clear indication of USCIS to enforce for Premium Processing as it’s more profitable 😬😬
