wow.lol dont listen to that when i first called to inquire at nbc they told me january of 2021 lol we are lottery numbers to uscis and they pick whatever number they feel like approving

other than lottery, I think they pick cases that look ‘ suspicious’ to them so they that they can issue denial if one is not able to satisfy their curiosity on their case
