once ur husband get the certificate, how do you get out of removal proceedings? do you just request a court date or u send a letter to whatever court’s in charge of the proceedings?!

I can't get out of it until I get my i130 approval I can only update from being f2a to a citizens wife which they claim will process faster and then when the i130 approve I will request a term from the judge and if they judge granted the termination then I'll be able to adjust with uscis instead of the court
