i751
hey guys, tough situation here. I applied to I-751 in nov 2021. in California processing time was 10months. I checked the application we submitted and found a lot of mistakes. probably what causing all the delays. so I filed a new one and wrote a letter with all the errors that is fixed and sent it to USCIS. never received any confirmation. now to add on this, my wife can’t stand this stress anymore and asking for a divorce. will I file for a waiver now or should I just wait if I get RFE? looks like I’m Cali divorces takes 6months too. I appreciate any feedback

California based I-751…. nothing happens.
I applied in early December 2021. I did my fingerprints in March this year (2022)… never got an update, case still “received”. Next month will complete one year and no updates at all… so frustrating.

outside processing time response: “final adjudication”
applied for i765 dec 2021 (thru TPS, which has been approved for months now), when i submitted a outside processing time request 2 months ago for i765 they stated my application was still going through security checks. I’ve submitted another outside processing time request this week and their response was “We recognize your interest in the final adjudication of your pending application and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. We regret we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will review your case but the California Service Center is committed to processing this workload. We will be making every effort to adjudicate your case in the most efficient manner based on our available resources. We appreciate your patience and understanding.”
anyone receive this message and receive a decision shortly after?
I waited for what felt like a eternity but it finally came through from the California office I know what all of you are going through and I will pray for all of you to get your approved notice

Hi everybody😊 I'm writing this post becouse maybe you can help me to keep calm...so.Yesterday my husband submitted the evidence online. He already sent the evidence by mail since October 5th but USCIS hadn't updated my case status...for this reason we sent it online(the another way) yesterday. They immediately changed my case status, saying "On Nov 4 2022 we recieved..." Why? Does USCIS only accept and update the evidence online? 😣😣
My second complaint: my husband had to send a passport style photo(2) with his name and alien number(I think🤦♀️),so,when he sent it online he scanned the real photo(front and back) and submitted as a pdf...do you think is this way right?
