Alhamdulillah. My i761 Divorce waiver Approved
My case was transferred from TSC to California, then to NBC. My interview was held at El Paso fo. It was fair discussion with the Officer and my lawyer on phone standby.
Little drama on my case update the following day. Initially the case status was updated to “Interview cancelled and notice ordered” and changed to ‘Case was Approved’ within an hour.

hola espero que esten bien el dia de hoy y que Dios bendiciones derrame pareja en sus casos🙌🏼🙌🏼❤️ como es de costumbre compartir mi viaje por aqui cada 100 dias y es que cada 100 dias pasa algo en mi vida personal mi y yo tenemos mucho que no peliamos jeje y eso es genial ya ambos estamos madurando mentalmente y aceptando que este proceso se tarda mucho tiempo ambos nos amamos nos cuidamos y nos decimos las cosas buena comunicacion es el secreto para vencer a la distancia que todos aqui estamos pasandome siento feliz ella viene a verme el mes que biene pasaremos navidad juntos y ese es el mejor regalo asta que nos toca irnos los 2 en el mismo vuelo y buscar nuestro mismo sueño familia

We both love each other, we take care of each other and we say things to each other. Good communication is the secret to overcoming the distance that we're all going through here. at my embassy,passports are submitted and collected only on Wednesdays.Dropped off our passports on 15 February and were told to pick them up on the 22nd of February but on collection,our visa processing had been affected by 2 public holidays so had to come back on the 1st of March

Flight to Atlanta 1st March

how is California service center doing?
i filed a standalone i130 as a USC filed Nov 30 received on Dec 6 2021 still under review..was originally nebraska but sent to california..still no info..what cases are california working on? No K3 filed..probably should have..ive see some people from oct 2021 are getting approved just now..maybe I shouldn't expect anything this month..perhaps late December early Jan it's approved?
my spouse is Indonesian and some other Americans who married Indonesians filed in Feb 2022 and already got approved in June and they have their visas ready to fly! we filed before and not approved yet..not fair
