Alhamdulillah. My i761 Divorce waiver Approved
My case was transferred from TSC to California, then to NBC. My interview was held at El Paso fo. It was fair discussion with the Officer and my lawyer on phone standby. Little drama on my case update the following day. Initially the case status was updated to “Interview cancelled and notice ordered” and changed to ‘Case was Approved’ within an hour. I wish you all success on your case soonest…

I submitted photos, documents showing we lived together, text messages with her and family - screenshot and print. it took about 18 mos. .
