here is my citizenship journey it took me around 31 weeks !
my naturalization interview was on nov,28th,2023 in the morning time at santa clara , California uscis office!
interview time was 9:30am and i reached there at 9:00am. When i entered the facility first they did security check after i came to waiting area , around 10:20am officer called my name and i greeted her and followed her to go to interview room , there was two officers one was interviewed me and other officer was supervised her .
interview was about 20minutes! my attorney was present over phone . Interviewer took my fingerprints and photo before interview.

she congratulated me to passed the civic test.
after this she went through with my application basic information,imigration history,
travel history how many trips? how many days ? outside the usa.
what dates to leave usa ? what dates to cameback to the usa .

at the end she ask me to check on tablet front of me all the information
to make sure all the spelling correct and signed ! She gave me one paper what indicated decisions not made yet . Next day uscis updated my status online my application placed in line for oath ceremony with in three days I received oath ceremony scheduled notice . on dec15th,2023 i attended my oath ceremony at santa clara uscis office and received my naturalization certificate!
finally my citizenship journey is completed! Thanks to god 🙏🏻
now i am going to update my citizenship status on social security and apply for us passport!

Where does AOS get approved, FO or SC?
Hi Everyone!
My i485 through EB3 was at NBC after SRC. I recently got RFE for my medicals and I sent them.
However I noticed that the RFE was requested from Fresno, CA field office and I realized that it had moved from NBC to CA. I live no where near California. I live in Louisiana and I don't understand why it was transferred to a FO so far and it wasn't my local FO. Usually EB3 interviews get waived and assuming they actually want to interview me, shouldn't it be at my local FO? Does this make sense to anyone? Do you think I am close to the finish line at all? Also where does AOS get approved, FO or SC?

So a USCIS call center agent just informed me now that ALL I-130 petitions can now be processed in either of these 3 locations; All service center, National benefit center, or a field office. I was originally Potomac, I was moved to California, then today, I'm told I'm under "All service centers" which has 14months processing time🤣. Humor me some more people. It's 2024! I won't even stress one bit. I'll double my grind, get on an airplane and see my wife whenever I want, monthly, weekly, bi-monthly....whenever!!!!

Mi esposo estuvo hablando con la asistente Emma la cual le transfirió un representante que nos dijo que mi caso pasó a California service center lo cual me tomo por sorpresa porque yo estaba en Texa service center no se a que se debe esto. Hi there my dad (American citizen ) did the I-130 form for me 1.5 years ago and I am still waiting for an answer so I can continue with the other steps I am unmarried over 21.
My case was sent to California center but my case is processed by a system because my case start with IOE.
What should I do should I call them to see what is happening ?
