It's just a simple case.. My case also is F2A and a crystal clear case we both have 1st marriage no children just simply get married then file i130 on 29 april 2023 then after 12 Oct I received your case is being actively reviewed by uscis.. No update till now.. What about yours?

@M L frustrating and unfair. the processing time when we first applied was like 25 months.

me too décembre 2022 case actively reviewed..

f so I thought we would have got the same months but those who applied after the change would have got that 39.5.

@M L absolutely. and it gets more ridiculos considering that even after those 39.5 months it’s not fully approved. we have to wait for some more months/year for the nvc to process it and give us an interview date🙄

f I think citizenship might be the only thing to get that faster .

f ,my hussy has to apply this year end and then wait too,it coming back to actually the same waiting period so I just start relaxing, so frustrating.

@Vanou Dzali oh ur also F2A 😪 my spouse live in a new jersey.. And vermont centre for new jersey. But I received receipt letter from california service center.. But the main point is F2a category waiting for long time to decision 😔

@Hamza Hussain yes i am F2A. I applied for my husband. I am in the US and he is outside. my 1st center was California then transferred to Vermont.

lets just wait and see if the february visa bulletin is going to bring us some hope😔

f2a, pd march 2023, lpr petitioner. sep 9 actively reviewing then no updates.

filed June 2022 ,till now no decision

very long process so frustrating waitng for interview f2a any idea about movement of visa bulletin

it doesn’t really matter if the case is simple or not. F2A is blocked in 2019 and they have 4.5 years worth of approved people waiting for the next step. F2A is not moving anywhere for a very very long time. USCIS screwed up real bad in 2020-2022, where they let the doors open for applications for too long. it’s going to take years to correct their mistake. citizenship is the only option.

Then they should announce that only citizens can file for their relatives and we can all calm ourselves from this madness.
