Hello, I have a pending VAWA and AOS application. My I-131 advance parole has been approved. I only have the paper form since my I-765(EAD) is still pending. Has anyone travelled with ONLY an approved AP document? Also, my entry to the US was illegal and currently I only have DACA. Can I still travel with approved AP even if my entry to the US was illegal? please share your thoughts and experiences. thank you #advanceparole #vawa

Has anyone that filed in May 2021 been approved yet? Our case was received on May 17th, and we are still waiting for any word or change.

so today I got documents qualified but in the massages said please submitted evidence of income , and when I looked at my documents I see evidence of income accepted , did they make that mistake or wats going on anyone had the same problem before , I’m stressed to wait another 3 months just for that request. please share your experience.

Some of you might remember me when I asked a month ago if it was safe to travel with your travel authorization.
I did 1 month in Europe and came back yesterday @ JFK. The officer transferred me to the 2nd room, and they just checked my documents and let me go.
so yes, it IS safe to travel if you have no criminal record.
i came here with a F1 VISA.
( I overstayed 2y my visa ).
so, if you wanna travel, DO IT , that’s the purpose of the I-131!!!
