Previous company h1b moved to 90 miles away without amendment, will it be deemed as violation of h1b in 485 application?
Planning to submit eb3 485 application in next month, just realized that h1b's requirement about home location. I moved to a place which is 90 miles away from the company's location, and didn't know that I need to file amendment, it was back in Covid situation, we barely need to go to office and I did commute to the office several times. The thing is that I can't file amendment anymore because I already work in a new company with new h1b now. I wonder whether IO would consider this as violation of h1b status, and say that I am out of status in AOS application? How serious is this? I have a USA born baby, could he help waive it? The same goes for the Seahawks. They will play ball control and attempt to run the ball. Seattle is seventh in scoring points per drive, while the Cowboys are 17th.
