today i received notice that my Case reject after ingest because your priority date was not current while filling but my EAD/AP has been approved and also interview completed May 2024. they requested to submitted new I-485 form. my priority date is Aug 2022.
anyone guide me about this situation?

Today I received the “We have taken an action” email and on website “We Re actively reviewing your case” after chatting with Emma, agent said my card was sent to production and I was approved. I’m crying already! At this point is trustable right? Just the system delayed (no approval notice yet) 😭🙏🏼💚
