It turns out that my green card expired in 2020 and I received an extension letter for 48 months that expired last month and I applied for citizenship and when I applied it a letter of receipt of the request arrived and also says that it is a 24-month extension. But, it says it's from the expiration date, so my question is if this new letter really serves as an extension of the one that expired last month and if it is used together with the previous letter and the green card, could it leave the country and return quietly?

Eb3-unskilled, AOS, F1 student questions.
Thank you for your support! I have three important questions as an F1 student under EB3 unskilled, waiting for my Adjustment of Status:
1. I've been advised to maintain my F1 status until I get my green card, but my financial situation makes it hard to continue classes. Can I stop attending school and give up my F1 status while waiting for the green card? Should I?
2. If l abandon my F1 visa, am I required to start working for my sponsor immediately, or can I just wait out until I receive the green card?
3. I have an EAD with advance parole. Can I use it to work at different jobs while waiting for my green card to support myself? I've heard I can work both skilled and unskilled jobs without negatively impacting my adjustment of status, but l'm uncertain.

Hi everyone…. I am raking my brain as to why my 765 is not approved. How do you know if your biometrics were okay? ✅ I have green checks in my 765 and my 131 for bio. My 485 has been sitting at at end interview if nessesary.
I have nothing that would show up in the biometrics but I am just wondering why my 765 is so delayed.

As every day hoping approvals for all of us!🍀 I wanted to ask if any of you have experienced any issue with Emma today … on Monday night I received an email that USCIS received my inquiry from 10/11/2024 but I never submitted anything so I was so confused, I asked my husband and he only check the case status through Lawfully and CaseTracker so he never submitted any inquiry either … so yesterday I spoke with a live agent and she was so rude, she told me my case was within normal time so I cannot keep messaging them, I told her I was contacting because of the email I received, but anyway … today I tried to contact them again through Emma and I cannot even get access to my account, anybody else experiencing the same?
