my husbands case got dq 12/26 and I sent an expedite January 8th and got approved last night🥹 im currently pregnant and it’s high risk so im glad I’ll have my husband here before our daughter is born.

USCIS Online Account Updates
What I’ve learned after waiting for 4 years and still actively waiting is whatever happens on the online account means nothing and it’s stupid to ask questions about it. I see people here posting questions about changes on “My Progress” tab or changes on when their RFE was received status changes. All of this means NOTHING at all.
In no way, shape or form, any changes happening on the online account are going to remotely determine when you will get your case decision.
The only thing that matters is when you see that approval notice under your Documents tab.
So to everyone waiting, just wait and don’t increase your heart rate or blood pressure or stress by any changes that happen on your online account.

Please I want to understand what is going on,I submitted my response to RFE last year August and USCIS received it on September 4th 2024 since then nothing has changed on my account.
Today I checked my account only to see that the time for the RFE response changed from September 4th to January 14TH 2025 at 9:14 a.m,please what can this mean? I am so stressed about this journey.

hi All , through congressman I have expedite my request I have received below response from his office

Once this case is reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action. Due to the extremely high volume of expedite requests for this case type, there are numerous cases involving exigent or humanitarian issues already in the expedite queue, and we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the expedited review. The strict enforcement of the expedite criteria means that all cases sent for expeditious handling are urgent, and we assure you that this case will be adjudicated as soon as possible”
does this mean expedite request approved if yes how many days it will take ?
