Hey guys. I got a RFE for I-485 exemption request. I am trying to respond on time and correctly. To my understanding, do I just fill out the page 8 of the entire i485 and return it to USCIS? I need help asap.

I am so frustrated. Is there even a glimmer of hope?

hi everybody uscis received renewal my work permit forms 3 weeks but I didn’t get receipts yet . what do you guys recommend? any body had same problem?

what is that mean my husband case was sent to the Department of Estate for visa processing please, his 130 was approved three days ago, and now USCIS just posted that notice that his case was sent today to the Department of Estate

Hey guys! I submit my VAWA application together with my work authorization, advance parole and Adjustment of status. I received receipt notice for I-360 VAWA even Prima Facia within 30days but no receipt notice for I-756 work authorization, I-131 Advance parole and I-485 adjustment of status and is More than 95days. please what can I do?

case goes for Security Check

Hello Everyone! PD: 12 January 2024 Can someone assist me information about security Check! On April 8th, I received an msg from USCIS via text and email saying “we have taken action on your case” then I waited for 2 days for approval letter but nothing comes up on my uscis account. I request information from USCIS regarding my case thru email. They replied, Your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of these security checks. Can someone tell me how long does it gonna take them get results! Does anyone faces the same?
