Case Processing
Work & Travel while I-751 is pending
Just submitted my I-751 last week, and got notification on USCIS account that they received my application on 1/21, and the receipt notice was sent to me. What can I use as proof for work to submit to HR after my green card expires? Looking for applying to new job.
Also, can I travel outside of the US and if yes, what documents do I need to bring with me?
Thanks in advance.

expedite
hey guys, my wife may possibly be pregnant 😅, we will know very soon, is there a way we could expedite our case if she is? obviously I’m going to be there by my wife’s side as much as I can but yeah is it a valid enough reason.

GREEN CARD APROBADA (Con DUI y Arresto [Battery] )

GREEN CARD APPROVED (with DUI and Battery)
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share some amazing news—I’ve finally been approved for permanent residency! This journey has been so long and honestly really tough, and there were times I thought it would never happen. My case wasn’t easy at all—I had a DUI in the past, and a few years later, I was arrested for domestic violence, even though I wasn’t guilty. That arrest still stayed on my record, and it made everything more complicated.
What I’ve learned is that a DUI or even a battery charge doesn’t automatically make you ineligible for permanent residency; it all depends on the details and how your case is handled. The best advice I can give is to work with an attorney—they know how to guide you through the process and fight for the best outcome.
I’m so grateful for the support of this community during this journey, and if anyone is dealing with something similar, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to share anything I’ve learned that might help. Stay strong, and I hope everyone here gets the good news they’re waiting for!

Ds260 confirmation page?
When I go to print confirmation for the DS260, at the top of the page it says "do not print this page. use the below 'print confirmation' button". So I click the button, and it pulls up the exact same page saying the same thing...don't print.
I'm so confused? is this what everyone's confirmation page says at the top? am I missing something?
Vawa Expedite denied
I applied for expedited processing based on humanitarian reasons through congressman and was denied. Has anyone gotten the same response from uscis? I don’t know what to think of this this denial response or its just a standard response:
The request for expedited processing is denied -the Form I-360 is already under review.
Please advise your constituent that even though the petition is still under the review process and could be denied, your constituent has demonstrated a substantial likelihood of being a victim of abuse. USCIS has determined through the review process, that your constituent met the minimum requirements for approval of the I-360 petition. Thus, USCIS granted an extension of Prima Facie Determination (PFD) with a PFD notice sent on September…
VAWA ASC appointment questions
Received ASC appointment with biometrics guidance (is this the finger print appointment?), it shows it covers i485 and i360, does that mean it also covers i765 and i131 since submitted all of them at once. Does that mean i765 or i131 will be issued after the ASC appointment? Thanks
