Case Processing
July 2023; Approved
Hello everyone! My case is finnally approved!
First time I applied in October 2022 and my case was denied because I didn’t send an RFE (request was not posted in my USCIS online account and the postman also didn’t bring the physical letter). I refilled the application in July 2023 and yesterday it was approved without interview and RFE.
I’m very happy! best of luck to all of you!

hi we filed in December 2022 and our lawyer only sent 4 pics and copy of internet receipt that have my husbands name and the lease that have only my husband name ,since i didnt have the ssn to put anything under my name.
when i received my ssn i was always asking my lawyer to upload evidence,, joint bank account , pictures anything ,, he refused and told us wait for ur rfe .
we received a noid and it said we cant c anything that shows that u r married ,,, they are right!!!!
i sent them everything,, joint tax, bank accounts,, lease, insurance, car insurance, etc
and now i receive an interview notice next month .
what i want to say , upload all ur evidence, pictures whatever u have ,, save urself the hustle, ive seen many pple got there green card faster because they uploaded all evidence.
best of luck to u all
letter of denial X Uscis mistake
I received a denial letter for my EB3 application due to a request for evidence I had back in August 2023, where they asked me for my W2.
We attached a letter from my employer stating that we needed to wait until the end of the fiscal year to have my W2 ready. I sent my pay stubs. I received my denial letter on Saturday saying I never sent my w2 and that's why it was denied.
Of course, I will send the Form I-290B explaining the situation, but this time with the help of a lawyer.
It was a USCIS mistake, loud and clear. You can't have a W2 ready before the end of the fiscal year. ( the request of evidence asked me for the W2 for his specific employer. and this is my only employer in US)
What is bothering me the most is that when I log in to the USCIS portal, my case is still open and under review.
This is so weird. My I-140 was updated online before, as well as my I-765 and I-131.
Just this denial - I received a letter and the USCIS portal keeps saying it's under review (also for my daughter) and I received the denial letter.
Has anyone been in the same situation?
green card for married to US citizen
Hello everyone, i have a question about marriage green card.Is the marriage counted from the day you apply or from the date you are approved. I will be 2 years married on July 2024 and my case is still reviewing so does it mean if my case will be approved after July i can get 10 year greean card ? I will appriciate if you have answer that can help me!
N-400
I filed my marriage case in 2021. I have been married for 3 years. Meantime, While I waited my case’s approval, I never got my 2 years conditional green card. I have got an interview and I was told, I will be receiving 10 years permanent residency.
My question is When Can I apply n-400 application?
Do I count 3 years after receiving 10 years green card or Since I ve been married for 3 years, Can I apply n-400?
