hey everyone I just had a great news yesterday 12/28/2021 from USCIS about my i601 wavier that it was approved, I’ve been here in Mexico a year 4 months, hoping for my waiver to get approved and now thanks to god and to all the ppl that helped me finally it did get approved, after 7months and 7 days of waiting ,now moving forward for the next step, if any questions feel free to ask and never loose hope the days will come and god knows the right time.

ead card not received yet
hi everyone,
quick question…I have my ead approved on 22nd dec..but I have not received my ead yet…can anyone let me know how long does it take to get the ead card mailed to us??by the my case is still in approved status..does the card get mailed only once the status is changed to card was mailed to me??

Case Approved & Transfer got Denied
I am working for an Employer - A
But my H-1 B Lottery(2020) picked up from the second company is Employer - B & got H-1 B Approved from Employer - B.
Here Comes the Interesting Part :
The very next week, Employer - A started H-1 B Transfer form Employer - B & as soon I received H-1 B receipt notice I started working on his pay roll.
USCIS conducted Site Visit & For Multiple Reasons(There is a Misrepresentation of Date of Joining), the Case got Denied.
Here are the questions that I have in my mind:
1-What is my current Legal status ?
2-Since my Transfer got denied, I quit the Job currently I was working. How many days as grace period I get to receive another job & start the New H-1 B Transfer with Employer - C ?

My case was approved one day after my interview. now my card was produced and I am waiting for it in the mail. Thank God for how quickly the entire process was. Less than 100 days. The interview at oakland park was very standard and the interviewer was welcoming.

EAD APPROVED!! NEBRASKA
This was my 5th expedite request and even though it doesn’t say expedite approved I 100% believe it was the 5th expedite because they handled it differently than the previous 4 tries. i can’t even believe this is happening right now! I AM GOING BACK TO WORK AFTER 6 MONTHS SITTING AT HOME! I have tried everything to get their attention and now I regret none of my attempts because I truly believe they got me here. especially when many others before me don’t have their cards yet. I am here to answer your questions. I will be deleting this app and leaving all the groups I am in because I AM OVER THIS! it’s time to rebuild what immigration took from me the past 6 months!

WHAT HAPPEN AT TAMPA INTERVIEW THIS MORNING AT 7AM?
My beautiful wife went to the interview at 7am. 30 minutes later, the officer took us into his office.
He asked us documents about:
1- Our ID or driver licence to verify if we live together. Cause you know, on ID or Driver licence they always put our address on it.;
2- our leases. we bring the lease and utilities bills with joint names ;
3- Our Bank accounts. Since we use WELLS FARGO and Mid-florida. we give prove that we get them together;
4- Pictures. We bring our album. but in the album we had have a intimate pic that the officer was not supposed to see. he was angry against us. But it was a proof that we in this marriage together. we simply excuse him for our intimate picture. But he doesn't take any pictures on our album.
* He also asked some questions, like:
1- Why do you use a PO BOX address than your home address to receive documents?
We only answer its because we renting nor owning. so we need an assurance address in case of we change home.
2- how do you meet and why you decide to get married?
3- questions on my wife daughter that I applied for to come here in USA?
4- A lot of yes or no question (about your past or criminal history)
After that, he asked my wife to sign a paper. And the officer says between today or tomorrow we will get an answer from USCIS.
The time for us to leave TAMPA and go home (about 1hour and 17 minutes), when we're arriving home, we verify LAWFULLY, then, Guest what Guys: NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED.
Thanks to the Lord! Thanks to you Guys for your prayers and LAWFULLY answers. We will stay on LAWFULLY for other people to get answers to their questions.
