I just got my Green Card

Finally after years of waiting I just got my Green Card today! I got approved without interview few days ago, me and my spouse are super happy! I can finally go to El Salvador and see my family after almost 6 years! Wow I can't believe it, the whole process took a year! Good luck to everyone and I can totally understand you! Friends, Once we get EAD with AP ( combo card) and 1485 filed date more than 6 months-at this stage 1) can we change employer? 2) can we get GC without any issue ?3) does new employer need to do any paper work? please provide your thoughts
