I-140 approved, no I-765 or I-131 yet I-485 RFE Medical Exams requested
I have no news about the I-765 or I-131. they approved my visa and I think I'll get my GC before they send me the other 2 😂 fine by me actually! 🙏🏼🤞🏼
I got my I-140 approved back on May 2nd.
my I-485 was transferred in May from TX to NBC to Tucson AZ.
I received on Saturday the RFE request for my medical exams. I did it yesterday and once I get them, I have to mail them back. I think my interview will be waived because most of the time they say to bring them with you to the interview and it is not my case.
any thoughts?

Thank God, my case was approved yesterday. We had the interview on March 18th, but we didn't have a decision at the end of the interview.
In the interview, the officer didn't want my husband to speak at all; in 2 occasions my husband tried to answer but he asked him to refrain from speaking.
The interview was very short. He began asking some personal Information like my name, my husband's name and date of birth, etc... He asked me when and how I met him, what we do for a living, where we live and if we had any children. Finally, he asked if we had any other evidence that we hadn't shown online.
Basically, we provided evidence of joint income, proof of my pregnancy, honeymoon, lease, gift receipts, messages, protographs, flight tickets and money transfer receipts.
PD: I received my combo card in January. I traveled 5 times with my parole and I didn't have any problem at all when entering to US. No one asked me anything neither at the airport nor at the interview. 🎉🎉
Anyone who received I-824 approval to send approved I-130 to NVC?
My I-130 is approved but USCIS retained my petition because of my mistake on I-130 but I don’t recall exactly how did that happen. They’ve asked me to file I-824 to request USCIS to send approved petition to NVC for consular processing. I’ve filled I-824 a month ago but I’ve not heard anything yet. Do we’ve anyone who has gone through this type of situation and received I-824 approval recently? This is so frustrating 😓 #i130 #i824 #uscis #nvc

Case Approved - 42 days after Interview
Was given a “case being held for review” after the interview, was told by the officer they just needed to scan docs that it should take 1-2 days, took 42 but glad thats over! Thank God it didnt take longer Ive read some cases spend months with no response after interview. This morning I received an email stating they had taken action on my case but nothing was showing up, later that day status finally changed to case approved. Hopefully they mail greencard soon!
