I-130 Approval, Potomac center
I file form I-130 for my wife on September 2nd, 2021 for the consular process priority date September 2nd 2021, the case was then sent to the Potomac service center. On February 20th 2022 I got a notification that my case was actively being reviewed by USCIS. This morning I got an email that USCIS have taken action on my case so I log in to check and saw an update that states that on July 18th 2022 my wife's case was actively being reviewed so I check the documents tab and there it was, THE APPROVAL NOTICE😊😊. I was driving when I got the email and when I pull over to check and saw what it saws I got out of the car and start dancing 😆😆😆. THANK YOU JESUS.
I-485 approved after 22 months
Concurrent filing, didn't include medicals initially, so the RFE was for medicals + marriage certificate (despite the fact that the latter was included in the initial filing).
Case was transferred to NBC approx a month before RFE, the process became much faster after the NBC transfer.

nvc processing
got rfe’d for the 2nd time from nvc… they’re asking for a police certificate but have accepted it from earlier. The other police certificate they’re asking for, we submitted the exact way it said on document finder for each country. how do I talk to someone at nvc? I wonder if they have made a mistake. please help.

Filed for Green card during covid and program collapsed as well. Initially got the GCEAD by filing a case but that was cleared within a month. When EB5 got reinstated in March, I just received my GC so they have already started decisions.

I just receive approval email 7/15 and receive approval notice by mail 7/18.
But USCIS give me approval until 6/20 ???
