I-140 NIW approved - FINALLY!!
So I'm excited that my NIW was finally approved in Nebraska after > 500 days (PD 03/05/21). My approval letter was lost in the mail, but finally showed up...26 days later. Ha. I didn't use premium processing because I had already waited this long and didn't want to give USCIS more money. Hoping for good news for the rest of you who have also been waiting what seems like forever.

Approved after escalation
For anyone who has submitted there medical and there have been no update since 60 days, call USCIS and go for reschedule appointment option to get directly to Tier 1 rep. They are extremely helpful and escalated my case by create a ticket. An officer was assigned to my case on 4th business day and I received approval notification on the 7th day. they told me there SLA is 15 days, so they did an excellent job in getting things in line.
Best of Luck

wish me luck!!!
I just fired my attorney because she was very rude and unprofessional to me. she had also given me bad legal advice during my I-130 process and I decided to go with my gut and upload evidence. thank god I did because now I’m approved. wish me luck at the NVC stage. praying everything goes well!!!

Combo card delivered in 4 days
just sharing info about my journey!
So combo card got delivered 4 days after approval. I was stressed out to have delivery problems that I sign up into USPS delivery notification to track my package 😂😂
I did well because I received a text from USPS saying there is an issue with my zip code: there was an error. I corrected it and get my package delivered back to me in 1 hour.
For the tracking number, Lawfully notify us as soon as the package is picked up by USPS with the number to track ☺️
Lawfully is great App to give us update on bout the application. USCIS take more time to notify us about the approval of application and producing the card. They only notify by mail when the card got picked up.
Now waiting for social security or will go apply for one Monday!!!
I hope those info was helpful for any Lawfully person!
